At The Aurum Wrap, every product is carefully handcrafted and packaged with attention to detail. Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, all purchases are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason after an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the outer packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable resolution.

Requests received after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for consideration.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for dispatch.
