Return & Refund Policy

At The Aurum Wrap, each product is carefully crafted and packaged with attention to detail. Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our products, we follow a limited return policy.

 

Returns

We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective products received during shipping.

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging

Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for return.

 

Refunds

Once we review and approve the request, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
